0) submit only famous toons, cartoons, comix sites; maybe even anime, but as you wish... ;)
1) no shit on your site (popups, openers, exploits, uncloseable javascripts & alets)
2) real content on your site (at least 60%)
3) really big amount of traffic (1k-2k to traders), but if you have less amount, also feel free to submit your site & to contact me via ICQ
